Returns

We aim for 100% satisfaction!  If however, you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please return your item within 7 days of receipt for a refund.  Relive Coffee will only accept returns of unused Goods in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice. 

We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded.  Return an item within 30 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our office. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order.  Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.  Our returns address is given in the "contact us" window of this website.  You cannot refuse to accept Goods merely because they are not delivered by any given date or dates.
